For this project I'm trying to emulate KHUAN+KTRON illustration style. Of course I'm not getting even close but I always learn new things when I try to mimic another person's style.
This is the final illustration of the amusement park map, it took me more or less 6 hours to complete it. It's an internal example for the agency I work in so it won't go live.

Nice style, I didn't know Kuhan Cavement illustrations, they are pretty cool!
IMHO, this one has at least two things to work on:
* Human silhouettes are too simple compared to other elements on the illustration (birds, pine tree, not to mention the ribbon...). That makes them look lazy.
* The ¿car? on the lower left corner should not be on a diagonal axis: if you look at the style you are trying to emulate, all objects are flat (2d) and placed on a perpendicular (horizontal) axis.
You're right, human silhouettes were the last thing I added and I was tired (and lazy) :D I'll have to redo that part.
On the "car" issue, it was supposed to be a bumper car crashing with another (so the back part gets up). As it isn't very intuitive maybe I'll get rid of it.
