The waves next to the word canal are a nice touch
Fabulous stuff Nick!
So cool :) - both of them :D
Nick this is looking good.
Love this a lot, Nick. The type is great.
One thing I did spot was that the baseline of the "T" seems a tad lower than the rest of the letters.
Is that F a little shorter than the rest of the letters? Kerning pair on the R-D of Hertford is wonky due to the descender of the R.
Edit: Sorry! Forgot to say this is a great start though :)
Yummy type. I love the crest at the bottom.
Me too @Nick. This was so much fun to work on.
Nice typeface! The monogram at the bottom is great too.
Clean, I love it!
So nice @Nick! Thanks for finding the time to contribute these beauties!
Beautiful work man! Aren't these Canals fun to brand!?
that's so nice man!
This is so nice and great combination of time & style .. but when you will use this logo for business card then smaller letter will be vanish ..what you think !!!
This one is boss brotha. Looking forward to the next. Trying to pick out another now...lol!
very nice composition, love the thickness of the lines in the symbol
Perfect composition, Very inspiring for me., I have download this to refer graphic and type composition :) haha!
Brilliant. I love your work AND one of my best friends is called Nick Slater so it blows my mind every time I see your name.
Nice work on this Nick. If I may, the visual weight seems a little off. The word Hertford feels like it is pulling the logo to the left, even though everything is centered. Maybe this could be rectified by using more lowercase letters on the first word?
And all those are great indeed!
