Did you ever read a message at night and become almost blind?? :D Well to me it happened, so I thought that Apple ,as introduced with iBook, should use a night theme or so for the message app, so I tried to make one. To simple switch from a theme to another I used a simple icon at the bottom on the left, watch the full preview, hope you like it :D

Night theme is one of the biggest lacks in iOS... This could be a huge improvement.. Although I don't know if the pictures are really useful in a 1 to 1 conversation?! I already know what I look like.. Maybe just the other person's one can make it even more minimal..

Yeah I know we already know ourself ahah :) I just think that with only one person image in a 2 people convo maybe the overall design would look a little unbalanced??

Yup true.. But still it might look unbalanced in this layout, maybe try with the pic just by the top of the conversation, kinda like what whatsapp does (style apart)..

By the way one of the main reason I used 2 pics was because in this way you get rid of the "tail" of the balloon, and also in this way you don't need 2 different color for the balloons and this was perfect for the night theme :)
