The shortest canal in the UK was the one that I chose. Seriously, had so much working on this. Great project.
I'm little late for this one, but the art looks awesome!

Keep them coming guys!
@Linevoy not too late at all!
Another contribution for @Olly Sorsby's canal branding project. I think I will find one more.
Somehow I didn't actually rebound this, I'll fix it when I get home. But for now check out mine. http://dribbble.com/shots/830088-Nottingham

This is my first playoff. Thought it looked fun. Great idea @Olly Sorsby

This is a great playoff and I was very inspired to add to it. I grew up in Coventry however I wanted to try and do something a little different. My father lives in Atherstone a small town with a set of locks that run for a few miles. Lock Number 1 - Atherstone Top Lock is a waterways feature on the Coventry Canal.
Although I grew up in Coventry I spent many weekends walking/biking along this stretch of the Coventry Canal watching the barges on the canal steadily make their way through the locks.

My contribution to the Canal Project. Started by the super talented @Olly Sorsby.

Here is my contribution to Olly's canal branding project.
I know Olly said England canals but I couldn't help contributing with a Welsh canal being a welsh girlie and all that! Will contribute an English canal at some point!
Decided to keep this really simple with an ampersand in the style of a piece of rope in a boating knot shape.

Another rebound for @Olly Sorsby's Canal Branding Playoff!
I thought the name of this one was so charming. And it's got quite a sad story :( It got neglected and run down in 1914, but you can read more about that here.
Why not rebound your own shot?
Also this is my first @2x shot! Check it out big :)

Couldn't resist another contribution to the canal project. Another one really close to me and I've spent a lot of time walking dogs up and down it on a sunday afternoon as it connects to Stourbridge canal (my other contribution)
I really like the contrast between the industrial, rugged Stourbridge and the pretty, scenic Staffs & Worcs...
Also that's my own photo... so you know ; )

My first attempt at the canal branding project. The concept was too fun to pass up.

Threw together a quickie of this great river/canal for this great playoff.

My contribution to the Canal Branding playoff
The Royal Military Canal is a canal running for 28 miles (45 km) between Seabrook near Folkestone and Cliff End near Hastings. Construction was started on 30 October 1804 and completed in April 1809 at a total cost of £234,000.

Thought I'd have a go at this for @Olly's canal project.
I originally made this for the Forth & Clyde canal in Glasgow but then realised it was supposed to be only English canals and not Scottish, doh! Anyway, managed to re-tweak it for this one.

Here's my contribution to @Olly Sorsby's Canal Branding Playoff.
Luckily enough for me, my Dad built his own canal boat when I was little so I grew up with fond memories of travelling on the Grantham which is why I chose to do said canal. He also sits on the board of the Grantham Canal so it's somewhat close to us a family.
The Droitwich Canal is a synthesis of two canals in Worcestershire, England; the Droitwich Barge Canal and the Droitwich Junction Canal. The Barge Canal is a broad canal which opened in 1771 linking Droitwich Spa to the River Severn at Hawford Mill, Claines.
I had so much fun doing the first rebound, that I when had some spare time I made another one.
Be sure to check out the @2x-version for the details.
Thanks to @Olly Sorsby for the awesome idea of this playoff!
