It looks really nice :) the icon i'm guessing will "Rotate" which is pretty cool.
I would maybe add a little bit more rotation to it so it stands out that little bit more. The colours are awesome, very clean and sharp, nice work.

Nice. The background map seems to be in some sort of limbo, neither here nor there.
I'd either look for a way to make it more prominent or get rid of it completely, maybe try reducing it to simple shapes.
