Great Work! Love the Metaphor. Im just not sure about the slim lines in the "gloves". Will they work on a printed media when the Logo is small? Thumbs up!
@Dominik Bektas Yeah, it would have to be sized properly (I figured I would sort all of that out when I vectorize it) but will take what you have said into consideration when sizing it.
Pretty cool concept man. Like it a lot. Don't really like the bars on the sides of "&Fight" however. Just looks like it was honestly thrown in to kill space. You might be better off just removing them and making the ampersand and "&Fight" lockup really tight maybe by playing around with the scales and proportional relationship.
I might also try messing with the top of the ampersand because it seems to resemble the number 8 because it's so rounded in the middle. In general I would play around with customizing the thickness of all the line work to better compose the mark. I also agree with @Dominik Bektas with the highlights on the gloves. I highly doubt that will show up at a low scale unless you beef them up. Cool concept!

This logo was created for the &Fight Company.
My initial idea was to play around with the '&' and see what I came up with. Hopefully you can spot the person boxing in this typography logo.
I have yet to make this a vector so the edging is a bit rough, but other than that I think this is close to the final revised versions.
Any comments or suggestions are always welcome.
