Final sketch of the new logo I made for myself over the weekend. Extremely happy with this one, and hoping to actually keep it for a while this time...seriously.

And here's the vector. I played a lot with the width tool in Illustrator tyring to figure out a way to hack it into commercial-ready use, but in the end I ended up single-stroking the line work and then drawing the thicks over it with the pen tool.
I will figure out how to use that damn width tool regularly. Someday.

Real nice, friend!
I would not be surprised at all if this was how you signed your checks...
Perfect, very nicely done
Love this!!! Stunning sketch!! @Ryan Hamrick
Beautiful flow Ryan. Love how everything culminates at the end there.
Thing is a beaut.
Incredible! Looks so good!
Gorgeous Ryan. Absolutely amazing.
Can I like this more than once?
Thanks, guys! You all really know how to make a dude feel worth a damn. :)
@Sean Glass - What's a check?
But seriously, you'd be surprised, man. My handwriting is actually pretty terrible, lol. Now if I had a brush pen and 10 minutes to sign the check, I might be able to impress a little bit, but you know. :)
This is fantastic. I have trouble balancing highly embellished lettering, but this is really nice.
