Texturing an icon. [Close up shot]

That's insane. There should be an invite-only area on Dribbble for guys like you.
ayaaaaaaaa !!!!!!! Crazyyyyy!!!!
Without spilling your secrets, can you offer some detail on how in the world you digitally generate such incredibly realistic leather? Surely this isn't all in Photoshop?
I NEED to learn 3d
Wow. This is gorgeous.
Rad! That's awesome @Dash
*quits designing icons and looks for a new profession*
Impressive man! @Dash
Incredible! Looks like a 3D render, the texture is so realistic
@Dan Draper @Sebastiano Guerriero
Dash is a 3D artist who uses C4D [I think] to make icons.
It looks like a render because it is one [primarily, there is probably some post work in PS]. 3D is the best way to get texture and perspective perfect and he is one of the best players on dribbble at 3D work, hence the amazing textures.
Thanks, @Ollin, that makes sense. If I saw it anywhere else I'd be sure it was a render right away, but on Dribbble it's harder to tell. Some people on here build some jaw-dropping realistic textures just in Photoshop.
Very nice @Dash!
You're too good...
Hey man, Dribbble is mainly meant for digitally designed shots, not photos...
Please tell me this is a photo ._.
DAMN! (Ron Simmons, 70's - present)
that’s so fancy! I love it
