This is a design I made for one of my friend's sports club that has a really outdated website. The color scheme is based on the color of their logo and the color of their sports clothes.
Really nicely done. Here are some comments and suggestions:
• Firstly, I love the blue & orange combinations - it's always been one of my favourite colour palettes.
• This bar: http://cl.ly/OSj5 — I think because you have a background that is a light bluey-grey, (talking about the overal background of the whole design) I think you could get away with making this nav bar white with a very subtle bevel and dropshadow. I've noticed theres no dropshadow on this bar, I think you should try something like i've done here: http://drbl.in/fCQo (look at the bar with Title, Price etc).
• I'd make these buttons stand out more: http://cl.ly/OVPk — Lighten the top part of the gradient, that should do the trick.
• I can understand what you're trying to achieve here: http://cl.ly/OUmM — with the dropshadow on the white section. At the moment it doesn't quite stand out. It just looks bare against the background. Make this stand out more by making the dropshadow black, but just playing with the opacity. I'd also maybe try adding a Stroke (black) and again play with the opacity on it.

Well done Davey :) Super professional, although I think the fb/tw links on the bottom right seem a little lonely.
