Hooray! I finally came up with something that I want to use as my own brand identity. The idea behind the concept is that I want people to remember me as 'Made By Thomas' (more than Tømme or Thomas), that's why I chose for the 'M' as my main character. I want(ed) something solid, simple, modern, youthful, dynamic and powerful. Something that catches the eye by it's simpleness, more than it's complexity. The lighting bolt also represents a 'T', as a reference to my actual name (although that might be a tricky one to catch at first sight).
I think of another logo you did. Mikos. And the arc on the right side bothers me, cause it's not round as the one to the left. But you're still awesome :) this one just didn't click with me.
no problem mike, love your honesty! Btw, you are absolutely right about the reference to the Mikos logo I did a bit ago. It's a spin off from it, luckily the other Mike (@Mikos) is fine with it ;) And btw, you know I think you are awesome as well, hero!
Thnx a ton guys! Really means something special :) I finally found a starting point to build up my own personal branding. I'm already dreaming of some pretty sweet business cards, and a brand new webdesign. Damnit.. and I already have too much work at the moment (:
looks like you had a eureka moment -- I think you got a very memorable icon there, great work Thomas!
I have to say that the making the M of 'Made' the most pronounced element is still a bit confusing to me, usually an identifier points to a noun -- but I am sure you have good strategy behind that

Looks sweet. Although I think you could do an awesome logotype with "Tømme" or "tømme" just looks so cool with that ø.

Great job! It's so hard to design for yourself, hence why I hardly have a website.

@Jenni: You can say that :) It took me more than a year to actually think of something I really like for my own branding.
