Its a food rating app. It was client's idea to use plates for the rating. Do you think its good?
which version do you like most?

The blue one.

Combo Breaker! Orange. Trust me, I'm a kid. I know about colours.
I like the blue better, but the orange version seems more appropriate for what it seems to be a restaurant-related app.
i like the orange version, but to be honest, the rating ui seems a bit confusing, or maybe just to me, but it took me a minute to know what it meant.
blue is nice, agree with @matt rossi about rating idea
Cool! @zee7 ✽
Really nice work. Not really sure the rating treatment works. I am not sure which ones are active or not. Just my take on it. Other than that, really awesome work.
Blue because the contrast in the ratings make them easier to pick out at a glance.
Blue... but I love anything blue!
I def prefer the orange one. That's so beautiful.
It's for food, so it has to be the orange one. I've never seen blue food.
@Robert Cooper I agree with that fact but client wanted the color pallet to be like instagram since this is going to be for food images :)
@Robert Cooper Are blue pixie sticks considered food? :)
While the blue is more trendy, the orange really feels like better branding for a food app. Also, UI is pretty busy. I'd make the chat icon the same layer style as the tag icon. They both have similar functionality and it would cut down on the business. Nice job though! Looks sweet
crazy zee ;)
The blue one has better contraction.
I vote for the blue one.
Yes it's a good thing. And I would go for BLUE
This looks great Zee7! Only I don't think the plates are a good thing to use as rating system. Stars are always user friendly.
Edit: What @matt rossi said =)
I don't really have a preferred color. This is a mobile interface, right? With that in mind, I think you should change some things on the design.
There are a lot of buttons that will be very hard (if not impossible) to tap. Look at the "Edit", "Delete" and "Show Comments" buttons. How you tap that?
The rating system doesn't feels right to me also. A drag bar will be much, much better. It's hard to click on the correct circle...
Just my two cents! Cheers mate.
