Here's a work in progress shot for the messages screen I'm working on.
Decided to not make the whole ui blue like all the others and see how far I could go with the colours.
Let me know what you think.

Looking good. Nice colors.
Yeah, great colors!
I'm staying tuned, looking sweet!
I know they are the standard on iphone, but for some reason i really hate those bubbles.. colors look great, but i would like to see some fresh retakes on those bubbles :)
A UX observation: The "+" button - i'm assuming it means attachement, but "+" could also mean "new" as in "new message" i would recommend going for either the classic camera or maybe the paperclip?
@Thomas Norsted Thanks bro!
I'm already working on a iteration for that bubbles.
Camera/paperclip aint gonna work for attaching audio.
Crank up the contrast ;).
@Robert van Klinken Camera dosen't work with audio no :).. but paperclip is still a viable option isn't it? (thinking of attachments in email programs).
Lovely color scheme. btw is it me or is the text in the bubbles a tiny bit closer to the top edge than to the bottom edge of the bubbles?
Shit, it's always so impossibly sleek. I love your style! :) I couldn't withstand to see this on the device and it looks like in sepia. At least this semi-gray/semi-brown status bar says that something is wrong :P
@Thomas Norsted @Robert van Klinken What about mic?
Will the audio be loaded from memory or recorded at once?
Nice colors man, love it. But the time stamp makes it look very busy.
Really nice, man. Lovely colors indeed ;)
Karma is by far the most popular provider on Dribbble.
This is sooo crisp, felt in love with the UI. I'm staying tuned for sure!
Watch out . . I have seen Apple reject apps for visual design that looks too much like their own. The message bubbles in particular. This should be OK but don't get near their aqua design on a message app.
Simple and clean UI, but the the time stamps are excessive.
I think the colors are great. Orange and blue work extremely well together as long as you get the right hue. Nice job!
Does anyone know what the font is for the carrier at the top??
I think a subtle stroke gradient for the chat bubbles would top it off :)
Nice, nice and clean
Sweet, I like the soft look.
@Matt Richardson: The font for the carrier and clock is Helvetica Neue Bold. At retina resolution the carrier font size is about 25px and the clock is 27px (at least in my experience, some will disagree ;p ).
keyboard shortcuts: ← previous shot → next shot L or F like
