First off I'd like to thank Andy Smart for the invite! I've been following some amazing designers on here over the past year or so and I'm absolutely chuffed and grateful to be a part of the community.

Nice. It's hard to find anything here to critique, but If I had to pick something, I'd say that the light around the slider area doesn't make sense to me. By that I mean I don't understand how its physically putting off that light.
Anyway, well done, and welcome!

The only thing I can say is that it's a really bright light! :D. But yea it's the first time I've tackled anything which includes a light so I'll bare your comments in mind when I do something similar.

You're supposed to just upload the 800x600 version, not post it as an attachment. That way on retina devices the 800x600 one is used. Welcome to the Illuminati.

@Nick Chamberlin Thanks Nick, I did actually know that but the way it was resizing the @2x version for non-retina screens bugged me a bit and it didn't seem to look as decent so I created a separate pixel-perfect 400 x 300 version and uploaded that.
