Snowcast, Revamped & Renewed

Working on Snowcast again after a year off of it. Going to be developing it next week at Angel Hack in Boston with @Sam Saccone

Some icons (weather) from Symbolicons (@Jory Raphael) and The Noun Project, will be designing custom trail + lift ones once all pieces are in place.
