Responding to good feedback and some new thoughts as well. Full size is crisp.

Does the basket icon add the item to basket, or view basket? Maybe a + instead of > would be even more obvious if it's the former.
Great design! the cart and the arrow icons look not centered (maybe the cart itself is centered and the arrow is not, I think they both should be centered together).
The arrow seems to be out of proportion a bit, to big in relation to the cart.
Great buttons - only remaining issue that is confusing me is the 'reload' icon I'm unsure how you would add/remove a reload? it must do something else but I can't think of what it could be for grocery...
I don't know what icon means what, but with the iPhone 5's extra real estate this app will breathe so good. And style wise, this is probably one of my favorite apps so far. Great contrast, great use of colors and killer layout.
Looking good. But like the others said, I don't understand the +/- icons.
This looks great but as others have said the icons are a little confusing. If the green button is add to cart then I would agree with @Jack about using a + rather than >.
I'd assume the second button is 'Add to list', which I think is fine but the third one I'm really not sure about.
FWIW, the > in the cart is because some carts have additional requirements like substitutions or size. (cart +) is another option :)
The (+ list) is a convention for Relay customers to add an item to their grocery list and/or a list for Thanksgiving foods for instance.
The (+ reload) is for adding to your reload items that will be on your order every week.
(- reload) is the pressed state of (+ reload).
Your feedback is extremely helpful. Although customer feedback will be all the more so :)
@karem Coming from you that means a lot. I'm a big fan of your work :)
I'm still not sold on the buttons meanings, if they confuse us that are used to seeing this stuff – what about your average user? The layout of all the elements feels right. Always love some flat UI. Would love to see what the final buttons turn out to be.
@Marco Moreno I agree they aren't working 100%. Remember though that you're out of context here. Its not that that solves the problem, but context can change a lot.
@Matthew Smith fair enough, good luck cracking it =)
Additional revisions http://cl.ly/image/0d0V1t3x3W2i, still working on the buttons, but I think this is solving some interesting problems.
+1 for gingers.
@Matthew what font are you using for body text?

@Paul Russo that's Source Sans :)
@Matthew Smith awesome thank you, looking for better alternatives to Helvetica
