   To me this looks more like a iOS app than an Android app since it's not following the Android guidelines.

   Thanks for your comment Jon, I must agree with your opinion, especially navigation is very iOS like. Maybe I should not have posted it as an "android ui" since both of our apps (android and iOS) will share similar interface. To be honest, I was even trying to avoid using android Action bar, because we couldn't find a good use for it in this kind of application.

   While I agree with @Jon Øvrebø Dubielzyk about this not following the Android guidelines, I must say that I view the guidelines more as a suggestion than as a prescription. This is beautiful work; design for the digital age rather than for a particular platform.
