Interesting concept, I guess if Apple gets away from the skeuomorphic design of notes, this might be the look. What guided your decision to include the date in the list of notes?
@Ted Goas my reasoning behind including the date was to help provide some more context during a quick scan of the list. Logic was you might remember you made a note about something last month and scan to for example the September section quickly and then start looking for the specific note.
Also there is another version of the notes screen I explored on my website which includes more detail on the primary level of the app. Would be interested to get your thoughts on that one too.
