i do a lot of stabbing, in the evenings, and that's not how i stab things. that stab looks like more of a chop, to me. maybe even give us a nice curved arrow, to indicate how those pits require more than just a casual chop.
otherwise, this thing is brilliant. and i'd love to surprise my designer wife with a print for her kitchen.
I learned this a few years ago, I wish I had these instructions way before then. So easy, but hard to explain to someone who doesn't cook much, or isn't a lover of avocados.

This is great, although I have a few more steps in my avocado preparations. I cut it into 4 slices, peel it, then salt and pepper it.
