Just a simple icon I created for a recent client project. We didnt really want it overly complicated as it needed to be seen well at small sizes.

It would be good to see the main 'hint' text in 3D rather than hovering over? Just a thought.

I like the initial idea, but the inner shadow / bevel is a bit weird, definitely not corresponding with the bottom one.
The kerning between letters H a i could be more closer to avoid the small chink.
Keep on polishing! :)

This is a great design! Very simple and can certainly be seen in a small screen. Would you be able to add a bit more "3D" on the word "Hint" but not too much, we wouldn't want it to be super embossed haha :D
