Consistency vs Intensity!

It's something that I've always believed in but never heard someone summarise it as perfectly as Simon Sinek. I'm a huge fan of his work. Going to the Gym 1 day for 9 hours won't build your body, but going every day for 20 minutes will.

It's truly wonderful how different your life can look once you decide to build positive habits that require daily practice. Learning an Instrument, Being Healthy, Losing Weight, all pursuits require intense commitment.
