Discussing about it with the client, we came to the conclusion that showing kanjis instead of katakanas could give the feeling Maison Hikaku has something to do with China, with it cannot, given the high quality standards we want to set for the brand.
Two versions. This one is subtler and more uncluttered.

@Kyle Decker It's also what keeps the MH on the foreground! But maybe I'll add it some weight if I stay in this direction, yep. Thanks for the feedback!
@Éric Le Tutour By nature, the MH will be in the foreground anyways, since it's centered and larger. I also prefer the bolder circular stroke that you had in previous versions. Maybe I just like bold things, haha.

The super thin stroke of the small text makes it feel weak. Interested to see where this goes! You're doing a fine job.
