FEEDBACK PLEASE!!! Calling all geniuses! I am having a bad case of creative indecision. p.s. — The icon is inspired by a paper fortune teller.

Maybe the white light on the left top is a bit to hard, but that's it! Love it!

@Dennis: True, I will try backing off a little on that, thanks!

Now THAT's a thing I never though to see here on Dribbble! :D

I agree with @Dennis Covent. The top left corner is too bright.
I also think that the bottom right corner isn't giving the correct sense of depth like the others... Maybe making the corner a bit more darker, like a gradient from the center to the corner should do the trick. :)
Anyway, congratulations for this idea! I loved it!

I agree the bottom right, depth wise, doesnt seem as strong as the other corners. Sharpen that a bit and youre golden.

By the way, this brings sweet sweet memories to my elementary school days. Awesome piece. Very clever.

Excellent work on lighting and shadows. But, the perspective on the right side is messed up. I am having a hard time understanding the contours. The edges feel closer than the pointy whatever those things are.

    Still, A+.

  9. Adjusted the lighting on the top-left and bottom-right parts, and added some general ambient lighting. What do you think?

Hi Joel! I was wondering if you put some noise/paper texture on it, it might look a little more realistic? Well... just an idea....
    Really nice work though
