This look beautiful, easy to eye Julia! My annoying picky eye wanted me to mention something though : ) The logo in the mac screenshot is out of grid, is it on purpose? Ps, I would reduce the text-shadow over blurred bg image part, it looks too sharp comparing other plain elements around.

The left block is supposed to accommodate the content width so it will be different and stick to center while the top bar is always locked at 960px. I took that screenshot from my psd file where I tried to showcase this "design behavior" to developers.
But I think you're right and I should align it with the left block to show on the Landing page. Thank you!!

Very nice & clean layout. My only notes:
- dropshadow on underlining could be a bit less hard (e.g. 65% op.)
- Fb / Tw icons kept in a greyscale to match the overall color scheme
- align bottom signup input with the '2012.DE...' footer text or vice versa
- consider the color of header's sign up button - I mean I like it, still try to play around with a 2-3px green/grey stroke or a green rect.
Anyway, good job! :)

Nice, but a bit of a darkish drop shadow under the action buttons wouldn't hurt. Just to make them less blend with the background.
