@Henry Moran we don't redesign that often :) Wunderlist 2 will be a major update and we took the time to make it a huge leap forward compared to Wunderlist 1.
We looked at everything that was great in WL1 and added a lot of brand-new stuff that we believe will make managing lists and tasks even more fun.
The product will look and feel familiar, but completely new at the same time. That's at least our goal :) We will talk about the design and development in detail after launch. So, stay tuned if you are interested in our design process.

@Josef Richter Everything will be fixed in Wunderlist 2! We have now some issues in the iPhone app caused by Titanium...thats why we also switched to a native language!
