   @Anthony Lane Here is an option with the larger C that is thinner and C_2 (attached) is a bolder version. Thoughts?

   I think it's an improvement. I'm still a little bothered by the massive negative space the C creates. I think you could tuck the 'ase' in a bit more to help alleviate that. Either way, great feel here.
