   Few questions here:
   - Are these custom shapes, or is this a font / based on a font?
   - I'm not sure about the text-shadow / 3D-ish look.. at least not about the diagonal lines. Have you tried it without?

   I'd maybe tighten up the kerning on the O and the R. I think Milos brought up some good questions. Good start.
