It's a bit difficult to give concise feedback because I haven't a clue which parts you've done yourself and which are the original photo/stamp. Whatever it is that you've done, I completely dig the style!
Everything has been created apart from the actual image of London in the stamp, this was taken from a stock catalogue. I've created a brush to create the sereated tears on the edges of the stamp. I've also created the distressed looks on the stamp.

They're really handy when creating mail related icons / images.
