Interesting. Head/wings proportion is a bit off IMO, but the mark is very simple yet really memorable. I like it a lot.

Agree with @Alex Pankratov but this is really great GB. Love the way you utilized the negative space - makes for a very memorable mark IMO.

Looks fantastic George. But looks a bit more dove-like...I think it is a bit too soft and gentle.
