I think you should remove the tire - it looks like the handle of a shopping bag.

I agree with @Ion Turcanu. Perhaps try using a tire with a thicker sidewall and more agressive looking tread. Something like a truck tire.

What id like to see is a more circular design with the tire as a large circle and the plate just centered in the middle of it
