23 — Ancient

Everything is left like it was dropped it a second, a flashbulb memory of an bustling ancient city. Vehicles left where they were in transit, trains doors open at a station, but no bodies? It looks like everyone vanished, a rapture.

I hear occasional scuttles down alleys, clicks and shrieks. I’ll get some height and rest tonight, at least here I can find something more robust I’m terms of shelter.
