I like it alot... just seem a bit hard to navigate in the correct order. Is the main center column based off of a side tab? Can't see an active/selected tab.

Really nice those tabs (icons on the top). But i have sme tips: move that triangle what show active tab in to the middle of it. Consider that fact make it with one style - like you are using that "metro" style on the buttons but on the dots for new messages you have gradients etc. Try to add little bit more of white space in to the actual message. But really like the hole layout and keep going!
