    Some of my recent client work and my first shoot on dribbble :)

    Logo for a snowboard club. I wanted to implement Yeti figure with a snowmountain.

    I love it. It has a great feel to it. I really enjoy how the top half of the yeti doubles as a head and a snow peak.

    One critique:
    The snowboard side closest to the viewer looks a little too wide, and the side furthest away looks a little too rounded.

    I really love the combination with the fontface, the colors and the simple shape. But maybe three ideas is a little too much: Yeti, mountain and snowboard. I would try to get rid of one, maybe the snowboard. Also:

    - What’s these lines where the face is? Is it snow goggles with reflexions?

    - The shadow looks pretty weird.

    - The left arm could be tweaked — does not look like he is actually holding the board.

    Wow, what a nice welcome!
    Thank you all for you comments and likes. I really appreciate guys! You really made me feel welcome :)

    @Reimar
    Hm, I wouldn't get rid of board. I'm ok with it, Don't think is to much. At least at this point.
    These lines are just details on the "goggles/face". It's not reflections.
    Regarding shadow, I have some doubts. i feel like it should be there, but I don't want it to have realistic form, cause I'm affraid it could be just to much. Maybe I get rid of it at the end :)
    I agree that the left arm should be tweaked.
    Thank you for noticing it.

    @Dustin
    Thanks for the suggestion, I'll try to tweak it some more ;)

    And once more - thanks for all the comments and welcome!

    Way to kick it off! Welcome to the party!

    Initially, I didn't see the goggles as that, I thought it was a mouth of some sorts. Maybe add the elastic that makes the goggles hold on to the head?

    Anyway, great initial shot!

    Miro, Dalton, Alan and Zack thank you all for your welcome and comments guys!

    @Miro
    It's not necessary to be taken as goggles. I had one version with more obvious goggles, but it didn't work well together with the rest. So I made it more undefineable. Now it can be a face, goggles or cave. It's opet to interpretation.
