   Very nice! But, watch out for the bell; the lower line is not pixel sharp. I would also suggest you to use consistent line thickness (goes for negative space as well), because you will definitely run into scaling problems with pedestrian, scale and acropolis.

   Yes, blurry edges came along with Ps to Ai export & I didn't notice them until now (otherwise, download bundles will contain .eps files, so there won't be any problems with that). As it goes for line thickness, all pictograms are able to scale down to 24px, and at that point they are still visually strong and recognizable. (Tested :) )

    love those, how about just remove the right (left on the icon) headphone and replace it with the mic ... it is kinda strange ... or maybe you should just use only the headphones for the smaller size and connect them for the larger version ...
