Here's the improved version of the previous design which you can see in the rebound. This has been finalised in terms of layout and colour palette, but I'll be probably doing another round of polishing and small tweaks. Full page attached in @2x.

Clean! Love the tabs. The position of the asterisk looks off to me — it reminds me more of footnotes than of a compulsory field. What if it was at the end of the sentence (or field)? That way the titles would align with the left side of the section too.
Great tip, @Jack. Such small things are always the most important in the end, thanks!
Great choice of typeface :)
Thanks, @Dale Humphries! The new donation forms and the DonateAPI UI I've designed before will share the same typefaces. Hopefully, the whole of WFP's online ventures will at some point switch to Typekit :)
I dig it! Great hierarchy and treatment on the tabs & form. I also like how you managed to make the credit card and geotrust icons stick out while still being in the footer. The presence of those always increases the conversion on my projects!
I'd put my trust in this site. Love the clean lines @Matthew Morek Could the image perhaps use the same drop shadow as the form background? Perhaps not..
Thanks for your feedback @Nathan Powell. Since this was posted I've made a few small tweaks and the drop-shadow will be featured on the image, but it will be just a hint of drop-shadow, I don't people focusing too much on the image, when the form is around.
@Matthew Morek Sure, that makes sense
