I really like it. My only piece of constructive criticism would be to make the three dots (latest work, recent posts) smaller. I'd think having them have the same height as the text under the 5 main icons would look better.

So I finally got my power and internet back after the two big storms that recently hit the east cost. It was hell without the internet. Been working more on my Personal Blog PSD Template and over the next few days I will be posting more shots of it and then releasing the template in my shop on Creative Market on Thursday.
