I like the face, I think the detail that could get lost is the eye brows. I would bump up the size of the eyes and nose and just try losing the eye brows. Overall this mark is a simple and good looking :)

The nose is made of negative space (this time rounded), eyes are made up of pie charts.
I incorrectly rebounded Foxy by Sean Farrell as the original, here's an improved version correctly rebounded on James Waldner's foxystats logo.
