   Very nice! The arrow seems a bit large and I would like to see a very, very subtle highlight on top of the tab. The rest is perfect.

   Thanks Tony. Explored those recommendations. Not sure I'll keep the highlight as is in full appearance it feels a bit odd but does look better focused in. Appreciate the input.

   The contrast of the drop down works so well. I love it. Only comments? Drop down arrow is quite large and obtrusive. And without context, I feel like the stitching lines may or may not work. Either way, I love this.

   Does the "Select an Expedition" part have to be so big (or there at all)? I think it's obvious what I'm getting if I click the "Expeditions" tab.

   Love the treatment on the drop down items.

   @Ted: That white bar holds some other information/links on the other side as well so as it may not be 'necessary' it does play off nicer and is helpful overall.

    @Sergio: I definitely could put that in white but not sure what it would be trying to accomplish. Don't really see a need to put much more emphasis on the hover item.

    Another great Hemsley production. I love it man. I do agree with Bryan regarding the arrow. Have you tried dropping the size of it down just a bit?
