those stamps indicate the state of a feature-card in Blossom.
The red one indicates that the development of a feature is currently blocked for some reason. The green one indicates if the card is ready to be pulled to the next stage together with the whole team during the next daily stand-up meeting. And finally the blue one with the tick if the feature is tested, approved and performing successfully in the production environment.
