   Even though I like your usage of a nice blurry background photo, I think the form could use more top and bottom padding and less left and right padding.

   I agree about the bottom padding Daniel and will add that later today.

   Have just added more top and bottom padding and less at sides. The width of the form does change depending on screen size so it will contract when you size the screen down a bit
