Looks alright. Font sizes seem very small to me. Did you test this on device?

@Sam: I did. Looks great to me. Filename is set to 14px. 2px larger than the default Apple button font size.

Just for fun I think you should do a Candybar mockup of what it might look like on the iPhone 4. I think if that was an app for customization it would be the best hands down. =D Nice work!

Like a mockup for http://www.panic.com/candybar/ but made exclusively for the iPhone 4. It's not anything serious, just for fun because it will unfortunately never be an app for the iPhone. I think if Apple ever allowed customers to customize their iPhone's without jail breaking and voiding warranties an app would need to exist like Candybar. Again Jeff it's just for fun. It was an idea I had a while back to make a mockup of it on the iPhone 4 but your definitely more talented than me and would do it better. =D Thanks!

@Jeff buttons are fine. I was talking about tableviewcells and navbar title. For those, default is 20px.

I don't like the font sizes—seems very small... so I fired up the Photoshop and start playing with the original idea and this is the result.
