   Is this the galant desk? I'm looking at picking one up, they're a little expensive compared to some of the others though, how would you rate it?

   Yes, it's the Galant desk. I would highly recommend this desk. I absolutely love it, and there's tons of surface space.

   I see you've got the extended version, is that really necessary? It's quite expensive but I'm thinking of saving!

   It's only necessary if you feel that you need/want the extra space. For me it was worth it. But don't get it if you don't think you'll use it.

   Thanks for the advice, last question - could I buy that extension at a later date? I doubt it, but it'd be awesome if it was modular!
