Basically, this Rogie's illustration re-created, but with noise level reduced and a couple of very minor details changed... Stil looks 2D (as intended) but it's more to my liking... :)

Definitely like the reduced noise of this,
but the colors are too pale. It's definitely a different style for that, but not so different.
The drop shadow on the bell part is what really divorces it from the original style though. It comes out of 2D to simulated 3D with flat objects (the bell looks like a flat piece of paper on top of a flat background now) so it looks detached from the tongue and chain.
They're both great (rogie's and this) but definitely different feels. Just a matter of subtle taste now.
Thanks for the comments!
Yes, I added a very subtle L-to-R drop shadow to slightly detach the bell from the background. This leaves the impression of a 2D object, but with a bit different style. :)
If you take a look at Monsieur Piggy, you'll notice almost same method used to slightly detach Mr. Piggy from the background. A bit intuitively, it seems I followed the initial Rogie's style here...
Overall, you're right -- very similar illustrations, a bit different only. I mainly did this one because I disliked the strong noise and wanted to try myself the implementation of this idea... :)
