I'd increase the contrast of the small glyph icons as they're barely visible and split the "People on your website" text on two lines or make the font smaller.
@Virgil Pana Sorry if this screenshot is misleading, perhaps a full view of the page and it's features would have been better.
I wanted the icons to be barely visible since they are just supporting graphics and not buttons. Since this is an adaptive interface, the "People on your website" that will be put on 1 or 2 lines depending on the user's screen resolution.
@Patrick Steele I tried putting the button after the search but if I do that it will create confusion for the user to think that it's a search submit button. Those UI components have one thing in common: contacts. One adds a contact and ones searches a contact.

Looking good, but if that +guy is a button, I'd put him on the end of the text field so the user actions stay going in the same direction.

Overall looks good.
For whatever reason icons are placed there like that, is not looking good to me. Have you tried this way http://d.pr/i/mQy9 ?

@Tanveer Junayed I have and as you can clearly see it's worse. By enlarging and cropping the icons you can hardly tell anymore what the icons is.
