   This is really well done. I love the border and the 'active' treatment for the Management item.

   The only part the feels a bit off to me is the varying height of the icons in the nav. Because of the envelope being so short, it makes the rest of the icons seem very tall. It may be better to bring the heights of those down just a little bit.
