I decided to use the space race concept from 50's and 60's. I think there's a lot of parallelisms between that era and today's race for the next "1 billion dollar start-up" (specially in the failed attempts to even make it to the outer space)
It seems to me there's this mistaken idea that launching a company is not rocket science. I actually believe launching a successful company is in fact sometimes harder than rocket science. That's why I wanted to get involved in Bubbleconf and hence, the whole theme used throughout the communication.
