I'm just wondering about the black drop shadow of the type. Will this be created 'programatically' in the css, or can you use images? It looks a little 'sharp' and might benefit from being a little softer (but only like a 1 pixel softness), but I guess you could only do that with images? Obviously it's going to be a lot smaller on an iPhone screen though, so my comment may not be relevant.
Have you tried the letters indented into the wood (like the backspace button) as well - that could look quite sweet, although it's nice to make a difference between the main and secondary keys, so I understand why you've done it this way.
