Looks really nice! One thing I noticed is that the side-menu divide between the choices on the top on "Profile" and "Settings" draws a little too much attention to itself. Does removing the divider line make it look worse? If not, I would remove it.

What I'm more intrigued is the "10 hours ago" on the activity feed it makes sense but I can't figure out why it is on the detailed views of likes and follows. I'd suggest having different text for each like "450 Likes" and "You already follow Debra" just as examples. Besides from that the graphics are wonderful.
