Considering a different way to display subscription options for a magazine site I am designing.
This is a dropdown. Thinking the actual drop down could be more interesting though.
Any thoughts?

Colours are nice, but yeah, it's a little bit boring and repetitive :)
Theres a lot of repeat text - 1 year Sub, 2 year Sub, UK, Overseas etc. - could be much nicer.
You could have a bigger, more 'designed' dropdown area (http://patterntap.com/pattern/navigation-drop-down-world-wildlife-fund)
How about highlighting the client's preferred sign up option, the most successful option or the best value option for the user?

Yeah I agree. It needs something.
I like that site there. Don't think I've seen that before.
I also like the preferred option.
sweet. my work here is done ;)
yeah, pattern tap is very handy - that wwf menu was just the closest i could find to what i was thinking of without looking around lots - a bit of custom html in a dropdown-able div.

Bit more life, real estate is an issue though.
keyboard shortcuts: ← previous shot → next shot L or F like
