Monday: Hiring UX/UI Designer

The role:
As a UX/UI Designer, you will work with our multidisciplinary team, to implement designs for our clients' products and services and ensure they're carried successfully and based on our quality standards. You will work with other designers, developers and managers focus on design principals to craft the best experiences and help us transform businesses from within through design.
Requirements:
- Strong UX/UI skills
- Strong mobile and responsive design experience
- An expert using Sketch and other Adobe creative suite
+ Motion design experience is a Plus
- Experience with prototyping tools
- Experience working directly with developers
- Driven, hardworking and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to think at a high level about business design strategy (Not just how it looks but also how we should build it)
