I like the logo very much, but I don't like how you placed 'architecture'. Perhaps you should try another font for 'energy', because in my opinion how the two words are combined doesn't look right.
@Stefano Slomma thanks mate, I appreciate your feedback. I must admit, I have found that word difficult to strike a nice visual connection with the name and mark. I have already tried several other options that for me seemed weaker. I will take this on board though and relook at it.
You could try making 'energy' bigger, so that there is enough space to put 'architecture' (make it a bit smaller) before the lower part of the 'g' starts. Could work, but could also look awful...
@Stefano Slomma That was the obvious solution I experimented with early on. To get the right mark + type balance, it meant architecture was too small when nestled in there (especially when reduced), which is why i chose this position.
I know that the lowercase 'energy' is best because of the logo, but what if you made that all caps and 'architecture' lowercase? Or even, though not as good, perhaps, if you made some of the letters in 'energy' caps, like G and Y, perhaps even the N. Just some ideas, though I'm sure you've been through them :)
@Andrew Thanks mate for the comment and feedback. I don't mind the idea of the uppercase title, which would help with that awkward space. I actually designed the type first in this instance and based some the negative space of the mark with the junctions of the shoulders to the stems. So I might rethink the type based on the mark as that seems to be what I normally do.
